Alcop’s art department can use artwork supplied in PDF form as well as files from Illustrator, Quark, Photoshop and more. We can also work with a sample supplied or create your perfect design.
- Color PDF proofs are always produced upon request.

Shipping
Alcop’s standard method of shipping is UPS ground however, we are not limited to this. We also palletize for truck shipments using the requested carrier or finding the best rate. Some of the carriers we use are Volpe, UPS Freight, Federal Express Freight, New Penn and Conway. We also ship third party billing as needed.
All of our labels are inspected and neatly boxed according to specifications. All rolls and sheets are wrapped in poly bags to avoid rubbing in transit. All cartons are clearly marked with a sample (unless otherwise specified) and quantity/roll/package or fan-fold and quantity/box.
Our inspection and shipping departments are climate control to avoid damage to any labels.
